Image living in a world where there are no hadicap acceblity for basic things like parking, building entrances, vechiles, ects. Not to metion there are limited resources that are almost non-existant from the goverment or non profit orginations. That is the struggle I grow up in, that was my norm. It wasn't until I travelled to Japan for my Art exhibition almost eight years ago that I realized things need to change back home. There is no reason people with disablities shouldn't be giving the same opporutinties to contriube to society as any other being. It is my mission to be the voice of the disabled community conditions to imporve in developing countries. I had to earn money just to purschae my own used wheelchair that was comfortable and could fit me. Mean while I know so many of my Malawians that are struggling because they weren't as fortunate as me. This has to change.......
My goal is to find a menas of collecting 500 wheelchairs and walking chairs by the end of 2024. There are so used medical equipment that goes to waste in develping countries that would contribute greatly to so many indiviuals in my country. The change will be to find means of shipping, however I believe nothing is impossible.
